What is the New IQRN Pathway?
AHPRA’s new IQRN Pathway allows registered nurses from eligible countries to apply for Australian registration without the NCLEX-RN or OSCE. It recognizes equivalent standards of practice and education.
This pathway is officially introduced by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) under AHPRA.

Who Can Apply?
Registered in one of the recognized countries (current or previous)
Passed national nursing exam (e.g., NCLEX, CBT, etc.)
Minimum 1800 hours of clinical service
Qualification completed after 2017
